COMPASS (Discover yourself better now: passion, inclinations, your way) is a university and career orientation programme for students in grade 12. The programme is based on the students’ inclinations and interests, analysed through aptitude tests. Tests are self-evaluated but represent the starting point for a personal interview with a psychologist. Later, students have access to conferences on different topics where experts of different sectors answer to the students’ questions. Students have also the possibility to have a “hands on experience” meeting professionals in their workplace.
